While there are several conventional methods to alleviate pain, many individuals are turning to alternative and holistic approaches. “Ayurveda offers a treasure trove of natural remedies for pain relief,” says the renowned Ayurveda consultant. Let us explore the world of Ayurvedic herbs and their potential to provide safe and effective relief from pain.
Turmeric
Turmeric, known as “haldi” in Ayurveda, is a vibrant yellow spice with potent anti-inflammatory properties. “Its active compound, curcumin, has been extensively studied for its capacity to diminish pain and inflammation.
